The raytracing program ray is still under development. ray uses gcc (gnu C) to compile. Modifications in the Makefile to point to some other ANSI C compiler must be done if gcc is not available to you. It comes with .m files for interfacing and plotting with Matlab. There is no formal documentation that comes with the software, but the help function is very good within ray. Just type ray, to look at the available options. If you need more documentation, you will need to request WHOI Technical Report - WHOI-93-10 - "Ocean Acoustics Ray-Tracing Software RAY", Bowlin, et.al., October, 1992. Note: ray.zip is a PC version ray1_47_tar.Z is a UNIX version
